Rosemary Antonopoulos

Senior Vice President Administrative Services

Rosemary Antonopoulos was named Senior Vice President Administrative Services in May 2023 and oversees the Company’s Corporate Communications, Cyber Security, Facilities, Human Resources, Physical Security and Administrative CCS Project Management.

Prior to her current role, Rosemary served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Calpine’s West region.

Rosemary joined Calpine in 2004 as an Associate Counsel and later became Managing Counsel. In 2009, she assumed leadership of Calpine’s West legal team as Vice President Assistant General Counsel. Most recently, she led Calpine’s West legal team responsible for supporting the Company’s West origination and commercial transactions; gas-fired and geothermal power operations; construction and development of gas-fired, battery and Carbon Capture and Sequestration projects. Prior to joining Calpine, Rosemary was an attorney at a San Francisco-based law firm.

Rosemary earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Marquette University and her law degree from George Washington University Law School.
